• The merchant needs to contact the Unififi sales manager in time to apply for free air tickets. Please indicate the "FRA-HKG-FRA" free air ticket in the conversation with your Unififi account number. If you are eligible, our sales manager will confirm with you in time.

• You need to provide the passenger information who will use this complimentary ticket within 24 hours after eligibility confirmation. 

• All taxes and surcharges are excluded and are at a cost to the traveler. If it is necessary to reschedule the ticket, the recipient shall bear the fee for the change.

• Each merchant is limited to one round-trip ticket. First-come-first-served, while supplies last. 

• Any questions about the details of the fares, booking rules, and conditions, please contact our sales manager.

• Airlines and platforms reserve the right to change terms and conditions, definitions, and other information and to cancel offers at any time.
